Cancellation Policy

At Right Services Finder (RSF), we strive to provide you with a seamless and convenient experience when booking services. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your bookings. Below is our cancellation policy to ensure clarity and transparency for both customers and service providers.

Cancellation by Customers

1.      Cancellation Period:

• You may cancel a booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled service.
• Cancellations made after this period may incur a cancellation fee, which will be calculated based on the service provider’s policy.

2.      How to Cancel:

• To cancel your booking, simply log in to your RSF account, go to your booking details, and click on the “Cancel” option. You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation via email or SMS.

3.      Refunds:

• If you cancel within the allowed cancellation period, you will receive a full refund (if applicable).
• For cancellations made after the allowed period, the service provider’s refund policy will apply.

4.      No-Show Policy:

• If you fail to show up for the scheduled service without prior notice, a cancellation fee may apply, and you may be liable for the full cost of the service.

Cancellation by Service Providers

1.      Cancellation by Providers:

• Service providers must notify customers at least 24 hours in advance if they are unable to fulfill a booking.
• If a provider cancels a service, customers will be notified and, if applicable, offered a refund or an alternative provider.

2.      Rescheduling:

• Service providers are encouraged to offer rescheduling options where possible to accommodate both parties.

Additional Notes

• RSF reserves the right to make adjustments to the cancellation policy as needed. We will notify users of any changes via the platform or email.
• Customers and service providers are encouraged to communicate directly for any issues or disputes related to cancellations.
